Fees: $170 per 50-minute psychotherapy session

$275 for a 90-minute initial intake session (optional). Potential clients may schedule either a regular 50-minute or extended 90-minute session for their first session.

Payment Options: Fees may be paid via cash, personal check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery).

Insurance: I do not accept insurance. Upon request, I will provide you with an invoice that you may submit to a third party. I will not communicate with insurance companies. If you intend to seek reimbursement from your health insurance company, you are advised to contact them prior to our first session to ask them the following questions:

• What is my deductible?
• What is my co-payment?
• How many sessions will be covered?
• What percentage of my bill will be reimbursed for services provided by an out-of-network provider?

Victims of Crime: I will accept reimbursement from the CA Victims of Crime program. Information about the program is available online: California Victim Compensation & Government Claims Board
