Services provided currently include individual, couple and family therapy. I currently work with adolescents and adults (and children as part of family therapy, but not in individual therapy). I work from an integrationist model and most frequently utilize therapy interventions from from the following theories: Multicultural, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal, Solution-Focused, and Positive Psychology.
